during each tour we try to describe what is required in terms of physical and mental ability to participate and that you have the conditions for a good experience. In general, for all tours, we advise you to train regularly for both fitness and strength. Vary your training with long rides at a leisurely pace on skis or on foot, and preferably with packs, so that at least a couple of times a week you can really raise your heart rate with running, cycling or something else. It can also be like that split moment during your longer training sessions.
